The organization's namesake, Chuck Brennan, is the CEO and Founder of Dollar Loan Center established in 1998 to serve the subprime lending market. Chuck Brennan and Dollar Loan Center are based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and serves customers in four states: Nevada, Utah, California, and South Dakota.
